Republicans should be embarrassed at how they've laid the groundwork for Trump, but, they did. Trump is just desserts. He's proof how fucked up the GOP is.

 

The question was asked in a hypothetical where abortion was banned, so how do you figure breaking the law is a Constitutional right?

In the hypothetical, Trump wants the state to ban abortion. Yet, the Supreme Court has ruled women have a Constitutional right to an abortion. So the states would be trying to overturn a Constitutional right.

You and your fellow turnip are a good pair. The great majority of abortions are murders of convenience. I don't care about the feelings of people who would end a life because it would cramp their style. Sure, I'm an asshole, but I have some standards.
