OOP makes everything personal. I make nothing personal.

    Other than that, great comparison.

Would you please explain what in the hell you mean by the bolded part?

Trump getting over 50% in NY seems like a near lock, which triggers winner-take-all for that state and helps him a ton.

It continues to teeter, but right now it seems like about 2:1 he wins outright on first ballot.

LTL calls Ragu Oop Jr. Shottie says Whitman's becoming Oop.

As the great Jim Murray once wrote, "The most terrible collection of syllables in the language: 'The cancer has metastasized'.''

So much for Trump being 'finally over.'

This is going to be one hell of a GOP Convention.

It's cray-cray. Insane. It's April, and nobody can say for sure what's going to happen.

It is basically a full-page editorial cartoon. Not much more or less dumb than any editorial cartoon.

I'd kind of like to see some evidence that Bernie Sanders is a smart guy. We certainly know he doesn't have a clue about either math or economics.

I mean, there is something to be said for "you can't win if you aren't in." It is at least theoretically possible that somethings happens between now and November that completely changes the way people look at Trump. A late-October terrorist attack or a summer sudden economic drop could warp people's moods or something.

But absent a black swan, all indications are that Trump gets completely housed by anyone in the general. Clinton could probably beat him from jail post-indictment. If she isn't actually in prison, it won't quite be Mondale in reverse, but 400 EVs is easily in play.

The chain of events that led to his nomination if he gets there are just fascinating. The analysts were right all along that Trump has a hard ceiling nationally in the high 30s, maybe low 40s, and that is after months of free media and front-runner bonuses. The GOP field just literally couldn't solve the Tragedy of the Commons until it was too late: all of them acting in their best interests individually produced the result they all desired least.

That is all assuming he gets it. They it isn't completely gone for Not Trump yet.

I've come to cherish refusing to answer questions like that.

Mistakes in word choice are embarrassing, aren't they?
