Maybe in a general with a one-on-one race. Definitely not during the primaries where one party has two candidates still alive and the other still had four in the fight two months ago.

Electoral College is going to get put on probation for Trump University's fake classes.

You have to love WV. In an exit poll those who want the next President to have less liberal policies than Obama voted 62-29 for Sanders.

And a 62-29 win gives Sanders ... 16 out of 27 total delegates.
The Democrat primary process makes no damn sense.

Well, a third of voters in the Dem primary said they'd vote for Trump in the fall, regardless of it being Sanders or Clinton.

WV decided to punish the candidate who'll shutter the coalmines ... by voting for the candidate who'll shutter the coalmines. Oh well, at least they'll all get Free Stuff™.

    He didn't win 62-29. More like 51-36.

The only thing polls do is serve as a bromide to supporters. When was the last time
you heard someone reference the results of a poll that did not support their position.

Earthman, clearly you are blessed not to be on any political mailing lists. They cite unfavorable (but still close!) polls all the time to frighten the recipient into giving money.

I'm dreading the deluge of mailings, etc., I'm going to get when I follow through on my pledge to donate to Herself's campaign when Der Trumpenfuhrer is the official nominee. I would give my $100 to someone else to give, but in doing so I'd probably run afoul of some or another campaign finance FAIRNESS!!!1!!!! law.
