The Washington Generals already have a terrible record.

 

We're up to 998 pages. Has there ever been a thread that has gone to 1,000? What happens when it does? Does it go to 1,000, or does the odometer go back to 1?

Although, I agree: Who cares what Clinton thinks about Beyonce's Lemonade?

 

No such thing as an "independent" party.

 

I thought I read somewhere that white people weren't allowed to like Beyonce's Lemonade, or at least have an opinion on it, because they are culturally able to understand it.

Offhand, what is any pol supposed to say when asked about a best selling work of popular culture by a superstar? "I hate it?" No. I'm sure there have been Presidents bored stiff by baseball, but none have admitted and none ever will. Asked the same question, Trump would have said, "it's a fabulous work of art by a great performer." He may then have tweeted, "a performer with a great body" but the political imperative is the same.

 

The movie thread is at 1,150 and it wasn't even started by a real person.

The thread for the last election was way more pages than this one, and that was under the old system with twice as many posts per page.

That one, though, was at no point as funny as oop counseling people on the importance of self awareness.
