Fox Prime time spends three hours finding the most extreme behaviors of the left, the fringiest of the fringe - and uses it to paint the entirety of those left of center. MSNBC does not do this - generally they will highlight behaviors of righty public officials who say and do dumb things. You don't see Maddow inviting Cletus Van Ripple on to talk about his klan activities.

 

Eh. Jon "being a comedian is harder than what you do" Stewart is smug beyond belief. Colbert and Kimmel the same.

 

MSNBC had the beclowned Michael Avenatti on near daily in mid-2018.

I like a lot of the network's programming but there is much it can do better.

Why is James Carville thought a respected voice in 2020?

This is like when a pro wrestling character suddenly and inexplicably changes his nickname, his look and his shtick.

 

I don't get it. Tucker Carlson wears a suit. Doesn't that make him one of The Suits?

 

Tucker keeps his friends close...but The Suits even closer.

 

He has played both sides of center very well the last few weeks.

 

No one ever went broke pandering to goobers, hence a grown man named Tucker.

I've realized, like the same people considering Rush Limbaugh's ratings a similar phenomenon a decade ago, that most people in this thread have never actually watched a full episode of Tucker Carlson. I rarely tune in, but if you actually watched it, it's easy to see why he resonates with so many.
