His defense is weak. Something to the tone of "you can't get the whole story in 140 letters" type of defense.
Well then, Ian, if you can't get the whole story out...don't complain about it on twitter.

Teacher in Newark, Calif. (near Oakland), after being called on her tweeting, says she has "meaningful and long-lasting relationships with my students." Among the wonderful teacher-student moments are:

--"I already want to stab some kids. Is that bad? 19 more days,"

--"I am getting Starbucks for sure before school tomorrow. That way I'll be refreshed AND have something to dump on the little a-holes,"

--"So happy to be done w/school for 10 days, but especially to be away from the ones who truly try my patience & make my trigger finger itchy,"

--"The problem w/teaching summer school is I'm gonna get all the (expletive) who failed my class, 2 of whom I wish would get hit by a car,"

Alert YankeeFan: She got a written reprimand.

It's Facebook, not Twitter, but it falls within the spirit of the thread:

Poster is a Congressman from Oregon, in case anyone was to confuse him with the actor of the same name.

Where are the fossils for all the 'MISSES" in your Evolution theory? Elephants bred elephants, and will for a thousand years right?

Don't know why but this tweet is great. Thayer working his beat to no end when he alerts us that Kent State has 2 coaching slots left. Kent State. Not a knock on Thayer. It adds quirky flavor to the TL.

@thayerevanssi Kent State coach Paul Haynes still has two open assistant spots at RBs & CBs.

Do love me some Twitter. Although it has gotten me in a small bit of trouble a couple of times.

Is the Carlos Martinez tweet in this thread? The one about him liking porno? If so, what page? That was a truly classic Twitter screw up.
