There's a difference between being efficient and not putting much time or effort into your work.

Remind me again the topic of this thread. Oh yeahhhhh, Tyler Summitt.
Let's get back on track. Take your insults to PM and have a nice knock up a player day

I'm pretty sure a goodly number of 40+ year-old coaches have been nailed for inappropriate relations with players, too, so T. Summitt's age is probably not really the determining factor here.

I suppose it might be argued it might be easier to start up a relationship with somebody close to your own age, but that's more an issue of individual taste.

In any case Summitt was never taught, or certainly never learned, that sexual involvement with a player is a bright neon red line you should never ever ever step over ... or even close to.

We don't know and probably never will know whatever Pat Summitt ever said to Tyler on the subject, but she was around the game long enough and knew of enough WBB programs which had been damaged or destroyed over such incidents (or even rumors of them) that at whatever point the young tyke decided he was going to go into coaching, there needed to be a mother-son talk on the things a WBB coach can never do (or even get in position of being accused of doing).

For all we know, of course, Pat HAD that talk with him, and for whatever reason, he didn't listen, or it didn't take.

Aren't we just the least bit surprised that a female bball player had a heterosexual relationship?

I suspect she (naively) figured that was already encompassed by his wedding vows.

That's how Summitt lost his job in the first place.
