    Louisiana Tech player posts photo to dispel Tyler Summitt pregnancy rumor

    This names the other player, and I'm shocked to realize I know the family. She's from an area near me and I covered her in high school when her high school played against one of my paper's teams. She has a younger brother still in high school who's pretty decent; I saw him last just two months ago during tournament play.

    It really isn't surprising that La Tech has faded. It is amazing they remained relevant for as long as they did. The Louisiana Tech program made its early mark in the sport because the school was one of very few in the early 1980s to actually fund. women's basketball. Once the mandates of gender equity kicked in and every school felt compelled to fund women's basketball Louisiana Tech's early advantage inherently dissipated.

    On his website, Tyler lists himself as a Christian first, then a husband, then a son, and then a women's basketball coach.

    He wouldn't consort with anyone who didn't share his values, would he?
