Is Tilda Swinton someone you simply cannot typecast? Or have her choices led to a certain typecasting in the odd roles?

She and Cate Blanchett are cut from the same bolt. They do odd roles because they do them so well. I love watching them.

    Cate Blanchett as Bob Dylan:

Tilda Swinton as the archangel Gabriel:

Also impossible to typecast. Peter Stormare as Lucifer in Constantine. You might recognize him from the VW commercials that introduced farfugnugen (sp?). He all but stole that movie from quite estimable company:

I would consider Blanchett far more mainstream than Swinton.

Stormare was insanely good in that role.

It's not, but it wasn't a bad movie.

I always see a Batman/hedge fund guy driving a Ford. I can’t not see that. He’s still a great actor.

Rob Riggle always plays an aggro jerk. But amusingly so.

Written on paper, this could have been a meh scene.

But the acting, direction and ad libbing... chef’s kiss.

    In the face.

He plays a masterful douchebag (who's actually Tobey Maguire) in Molly's Game.
