That should definitely make for an interesting second shot. I've never seen a ball take on the effect of a sidehill sitting in flat grass.

I think he's come up with plenty of magic to save those pars on putts that have eluded everyone else in the field but one person. Yesterday he missed an opportunity, today I think he's held together for a strong round that probably won't be as good as the guy who shot a spectacular round.

I'm sensing a releasing of the hounds of the "Jack has xx number of second place finishes" kennel coming on very, very soon.

Tiger Woods - not quite good enough. Is he starting to show some 'chokeosity' on the back 9's of final rounds of the majors? Last two majors' back 9's of the final round he had his shots and came up less than #1.

The 'Ole Jack Network will be conducting Bunocotti's Dophlins'-esque celebrations tonight.

Meanwhile, the TV ratings will be through the roof. So, the TV execs are happy, too.

Personally, I can't wait until Tig passes Jack. But it's one more major away.

I didn't say that; just said that the hounds have officially been released, with uninhibited glee. :)
