I'll have to get back to you on that, Chief.

Right now I'm trying not to covet my neighbor's wife.

Guy resisted arrest and resisted arrest and resisted arrest and doesn't have a scratch on him. I'd say they did their job pretty damn well. But then I'm one of those types that likes cops better than crooks, so I understand how those on the left would see it differently.

  3. Yet another strawman.

Now I'm just 6,073 behind you and JR. (Don't worry, JR is responsible for more than 4,000 of them.)

It did indeed happen. It happened before the video begins. His retort that you refer to there was to the officer, not to Kerry. What's quoted there is what was screamed at Kerry to get him to take the question in the first place.

  8. If that's true, then I withdraw my earlier point.
    The cops were still wrong.

    She's resting comfortably now.

Right or wrong, it's good to see that Tony's always an asshole.

  11. It all seemed a bit too dramatic. Like the guy was hamming it up purposely.

The guy wasn't just asking a question. He was ranting and raving knowing full well that a camera was on him like some Alex Jones wannabe. Surely, the organizers wanted to keep some credibility, so they wanted him out. He refused and went wild. Who's to say if the guy has a small knife or pistol in his waistband? Who's to say he wasn't going to bumrush Kerry or start throwing punches at others in the audience?

The world is so much more complex than "this guy is good" and "these people are bad." The guy went nuts and had to face the consequences of authorities that wanted him subdued. Is it right? Is it wrong? Depends on your point of view. My point of view as an observer is "somebody shut that asshole up because he's not being serious." Doesn't mean I'm right.

Not necessarily disagreeing with you TLBS, but I just don't think he should have been tasered. It is one thing to drag the asshole out of the town hall, quite another to taser him. And, despite what Rufino says, getting tasered at any level is fucked up.
