UF student Tasered after questioning John Kerry

So you think six guys jumping a kid and beating the crap out of him even though he wasn't involved in hanging any nooses from a tree is not a big deal but hanging a noose from a tree and not injuring anyone is a big deal? I'm not saying the punks who did the noose thing are any kind of good people, but last I knew no one got the crap beat out of them (6 on 1) -- or even touched -- by the rope kids.

The punks who hung the nooses are assholes. The six punks who jumped the one guy are criminal assholes. But you're welcome to compare them to Rosa parks and look like an idiot.

That is one of the largest, and dumbest, leaps in logic I've ever read here, which is saying something. Nazis, the Klan and the noose-hangers all have something in common: there were actions involved. Obviously, the actions vary in degree, but for you to bring up the "thought police" is ridiculous; especially when you consider you and your ilk haven't had an original thought since the Reagan Era.

 

And that prohibtions against inciting a riot have been settled constitutional law in the US for at least a hundred years.

A journalist ought to know that, at least.
