It looks like the Poles, having had their country invaded countless times over their history, are going to back Ukraine pretty hard. Bless them.

 

They really don’t know where to stand on it. I think they’re waiting for the result to take a side.

Today in "throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks" news. I look forward to Mongolia pressing its claims to Russian territory over Muscovy's illegal secession from the Golden Horde.

 

No one wants to be the political party that sends our men and women into combat with the Russians.

In all the previous wars… Korea, Vietnam, Gulf War, WWII, there was no real threat of our enemy being able to kill the rich white family in Grosse Pointe. That might not be the point anymore. Don’t underestimate that.
