    Not really a supply chain issue — other than the fact we're burning through our stockpiles — but more of an engineering and production one. Apparently the reason behind this is that they haven't made any Stingers in 18 years, so all of the parts are obsolete and out of production. Hence the reason why they need to redesign it.
