What a dumb statement. Put names to the accusation. Vague terms for groups of people have no meaning.
Most people didn't give a shit. Yet, the supposed unilateral opinion of some ill defined group is important? Or somehow relevant to policy decisions going forward?

The EU and the US had to, er, persuade Germany to do it.

Interesting story of a unit of 80 Russian riot police from Siberia and their brief foray into war. The synopsis is, they weren't told much, had no idea where they were going or what they were supposed to do, got separated from another unit, and wound up storming Kyiv by themselves on the second day of the war.
They made it all the way into Kyiv's city center and were the cause of erroneous reports that Russian infiltration units were operating in Ukraine.
Then they ran into the Ukrainians. Only three of the 80 survived.

Story also contains a good, quick overview of the Russian fiasco at the Antonov airport, where their airborne troops were overrun. It might have been the most important mini-battle of the war so far.

The difference between the United States military and the Russian military?
The U.S. military spent $640 for a toilet seat. The Russians just spent several thousand to blow one up.

Now, now, we all know the $640 goes to fund Area 51.

We can make a parlor game out of it.

On Putin's list? Not on Putin's list?
