Russia hasn't even actually lost, but its sons have been treated remarkably well when captured by Ukrainian forces.

And, Putin called the explosion of the Crimea bridge an act of terrorism. Yet his voluminous heinous acts against Ukraine are not acts of terrorism.

This, unfortunately, is the whole Orwellian double-speak nature of this conflict.

All the media attention is on the bombing of civilians and rightly so, because it's horrific. But these missile strikes have zero military impact on Ukraine, and at a cost of $8-13 million each, Russia has a finite number of them and is pissing its arsenal away to kill a total of a couple dozen civilians.

Like Hitler's madness in WWII, Putin's madness is an asset to the West. But unlike WWII, which was simply what a football coach I knew called "stink on stink," Ukraine and the West are using Putin's madness against him in a form of strategic jiu-jitsu. Ain't enough popcorn in the world.

It will be interesting to gauge the world’s reactions when StarLink is suddenly pulled out of service for a month-long “planned” feature upgrade.

Is it racist to raise the fact that Musk was raised in South Africa when thinking about his Putin/Russia affection? (asking for a friend)

I’m glad you were the one to say it first. I’ve been thinking it for a while now.

In a America that's true to its stated ideals, Dane Partridge, Luke Lucyszyn, Bryan Young, Stephen D. Zabielski and Willy Cancel would be household names. Instead, Ashli Babbitt's is.
