Maybe they have a Tomcat to steal once the Ukrainian jet is shot down.

Let's leave the useless gestures to NATO.

Maybe the Ukrainian pilot can aim the aircraft at Moscow over Ukraine and set the autopilot right before ejecting at a safe air speed.

I know you’re just doing back of the napkin math, but a MIG-29 I don’t think can super cruise (supersonic flight without afterburners), especially not on a low level flight.

tl;dr: A Mig 29 can’t take off, jam down the throttle, and fly Mach 2 all the way to Moscow. It certainly doesn’t have 11 minutes of afterburners.

Somewhere in the last 469 pages, I said Zelensky should be named POY to rub it in Puty's face.
Little Vlad is throwing a hissy today.

The Kremlin lashed out at Time magazine on Thursday for naming Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskyy its "Person of the Year," saying the selection was a reflection of the West's Russophobia.
"The magazine’s editorial directives remain within the boundaries of the pan-European mainstream, which is totally short-sighted, anti-Russian and vehemently Russophobic," Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

So, Dmitry Peskov is saying we shouldn't be Russophobic/Putinphobic right now?

I hope Time does the red cross-out thing when Putin bites the dust.

Seems the Russians were using a resort in Melitopol as a barracks, and were bedding down for the night when the Ukrainians decided to tell them a bedtime story.
Seeing some speculation a lot of Russian officers might now be charcoal.
