Johnny has had enough and isn’t going to take it anymore. He’s marching his huge, effective army to Moscow to kill Billy. He’s fine with Tommy.

Billy, to save his ass, is telling everyone, including Tommy, that Johnny is coming to kill Tommy.

The second Tommy stops trusting Billy, Billy’s dead.
