Updated thread - What TV commercial gets on your nerves?

Sorry, the winner of this thread now goes to Chase for its Freedom card and the fucking queefnugget singing the cash back song horribly to the theme of Footloose.

 

I bank at Chase. I take full advantage of its cash back program. That commercial makes me want to jab a spike through my head.

 

Tisk tisk. Do you need me to lend you a rusty spike?

 

Not sure how I feel about the "Dirty Old, Egg-Sucking Dog" VW commercial. It annoys me that the dog ate the dude's keys and he somehow knows this. And I imagine a lot of people less intelligent than me don't even get that part of it. But the song fits perfectly.

He looks pitiful. Almost like he had a stroke and is trying to sing a few months later.

 

I'm not scrolling through 85 pages of this, but all I'll say is that we have the Red Sox on at work most nights — sometimes just for background noise — and NESN seems to have the same rotation of commercials every other inning. Southwest Airlines, that Geico commerical with the squealing pig and a Connecticut lottery commercial for its Lucky 4 Life game. Over and over and over. Holy shit. I have Geico and I want to cancel it for spite because I hate that God damn pig.

 

The one where the woman dumps the guy for being "boring" and then the guy gets backstage passes to meet Giada and Alicia Keys... Everything about it makes me want to vomit.

 

I love that commercial; then again, I love Fly by Night. And that Eddie Money commercial makes me think he's heavily sedated

 

There have been rumors for years that Eddie Money had a "coke stroke."

 

Only saw it for the first time last night but that GD abortion of a credit card commercial where they are mimicking Footloose ...

It's a must turn the channel now type of moment!

 

The one with Jimmy Fallon doing the impressions ... like the cowboy and the Italian pizza guy. Brutal. Any of the others he is in are pretty bad too, but that one is god-awful.

 

And the douche-bag Ohio State fan in the Watch ESPN commercial. Dumbass goes to the grocery store during a party with 3 minutes left in the big game. So he watches on his phone as he rushes home, getting there just as the game ends. Some fan he is. Fucking moron!
