Updated thread - What TV commercial gets on your nerves?

Neither can I... nor my 9-year-old, who serenaded me with that obnoxious jingle all night the other day. I finally had to yell at her repeatedly to stop, because it was driving me crazy.

 

Yes. This fucking guy needs to be smashed in the face repeatedly with a heavy piece of mining equipment. I don't mind most of the other bowflex commercials but this one needs to go the way of the dodo.

The Subway $5 foot long commercials are getting annoying as well.

 

I love the Subway commercials.

 

Anything with the Charmin Cavalcade of Poopin' Bears.

Drives me freaking crazy.

The funny thing is I had never heard/seen the commercial until someone posted those words on this site. I thought, well I have no idea what they are talking about. Next day: BAM. I see it. It's been in my head ever since.

 

LOVE that commercial.

So stupid it's catchy.

I enjoy annoying my friends and cohorts by singing it every chance I get.

That commercial sounds like something a cheap male prostitute says on the street corner.

 

I do the hand motions whenever the commercial comes on, regardless of anything else around me.

I am so embarrassed that I giggle every time the frightened monster girl holds her hands a foot apart ...

 

Can't remember if this one was mentioned or not, but we've got another contender.

Those would be the Vonage ones with the stammering geek from "the phone company" and the smarmy woman with the bob haircut who keeps boxing him in before knocking him out with that smartass retort "Your prices" when he says the only thing they've changed.

For a company on the verge of financial ruin, they're sure getting their ad in power rotation. I've seen this ad probaly 3,408 times in the last week-plus.

Of course, these are an improvement over the previous contributions from Vonage's excuse for an ad agency: those ones with the ditz or some geek doing something stupid before getting hit over the head with the Vonage box.

God I hated those early Vonage commercials.
