Getting real sick of trying to watch reruns of "Gilligan's Island," and having those stupid, moronic, imbecilic "Hot in Cleveland" and "The Soul Man" promos Every. Mother. Fucking. Time. They go to a commercial break.

Once in a while, fine. Every fucking break they're crammed down our throats.

You're watching Gilligan's Island and you're tired of "stupid, moronic, imbecilic" TV?

    Seriously?

Harley, I bet you're catching Gilligan's Island on ME-TV. (My particular favorite on that channel is Hawaii 5-O reruns).

It's pretty easy to figure out their commercial pattern and avoid the ads if you're a regular viewer of their shows. And yeah, the commercials are almost exactly the same, at the same times, every day.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get some supplemental life insurance from Alex Trebek ... ;)

It's TV-LAND on the Cox Cable system.

They're just cramming those two shows sown our throats. I wouldn't watch one now if they paid me, I'm so sick of it being forced on me. And I still think Valerie Bertenelli is hot.

Chris Webber makes BK's Big Kings look like White Castle sliders in his hand (well, actually just his fingers)

Hate the Sprint Framly commercial I've seen 20 times in this UW game.

The one with the hamster/gerbil/whateverthefuck? Terrible. Who is the guy who's saying "Keytar" "Framily" etc. He looks familiar to me.

    Some background on that ...
    http://en.rocketnews24.com/2014/03/26/sprint-takes-a-cue-from-popular-japanese-ad-campaign-in-bizarre-framily-commercial/

After purchasing Sprint last year, it seems Japanese mobile service provider, SoftBank, has finally brought over an American version of the Shirato family commercials with its mishmash of members including a talking dog and African-American Dante Carver. The quirky commercials have been met with great success in Japan and have even featured celebrities Brad Pitt and Tommy Lee Jones.

And the guy in question appears to be Kyle Mooney, one of the featured players on SNL, I believe.

Pretty sure I have seen shortened versions of the two Lowe's commercials -- the one with the tiles falling off the bathroom wall, and the one with the ceiling fan falling onto the glass coffee table -- without the NEED HELP? part before the NEVER STOP IMPROVING tagline. That's just dumb. Why would I want to go and buy a ceiling fan at Lowe's if there's a risk it's going to crash through my coffee table and I am going to throw it through my bay window? :)

The part that makes me pay attention to is when the last tile is still hanging on and the guy looks to it for hope. Then it crashes.

Pure devastation. Been there man...been there.
