But that was real. A woman really found a finger in the chili … after putting it there herself with a finger that her friend lost in an accident at some job.

There was a followup on this by a journalist who researched how much it would cost to make burger patties from worms. At the time he said a Wendy's single would cost five to six dollars if it was made out of worms. It was pre-internet and I can't find that particular story.
