Anyone with an ounce of coordination can lift and lower the seat with your foot. No reason to piss on it.

What I hate seeing is when people take these shits in toilets, just borderline inhuman shits, and fill the bowl with paper just to leave it without flushing.

When you are taking a little girl into a bathroom, and she has to pee, and the stall is your only option, you just hate seeing this. All you can do is keep hitting the flush with your foot hoping it will get sucked away.

But before anyone decides to admit to doing this, if you do this, it is a red flag that you were abused sexually as a child.

I've heard (from Czabe) that not flushing is called leaving a "road win." Takes a lot to offend me, but I find that disgusting.
