Mrs. Whitman noted this morning that she might more inclined to celebrate something like Valentine's Day if she were not an elementary school teacher who has to celebrate every single holiday as part of her job. She gets holiday'ed out.

Yeah... my VD could end up...with VD.

The girlfriend is no longer the title holder -- and that's fine. She wanted a newer Laz-E-Boy but I wasn't about to part with it. A torrid three months.

You know why tonight will be fun? Tonight is the easiest night of the year to go out to the bars.

It's better to have humped in every room in the house and lost than never to have humped at all.

Thankfully, wifey and I refuse to partake in a Hallmark infused celebration. But hey HAPPY VDAY! to those who choose otherwise., enjoy.

An advantage of being married for 15 years is Valentine's Day not being that big of a deal. We exchanged cards this morning and are going to dinner at a fast casual place, but mostly because we have to go a nearby city for an appointment and we have a certificate for a free meal.

I spent all of 50 cents on her card. Her birthday is earlier in February so I hit Dollar Tree for the "two for $1" cards and knock off both occasions at once.
