That's Capo's! My wife, who is picky when it comes to good food, called the stuffed rigatoni some of the best pasta she ever had. They made some killer margaritas too.

I might go back to Vegas just to play the machines in there, relive my glory days as the local king of Eight Ball Deluxe, Hi-Speed Express and the KISS machine!

Heading there Super Bowl weekend with some friends and a little work the couple of days after the game.

We are going to Il Mulino for dinner Friday night. I've been to the NYC location, but my guess is that it is going to be like Olive Garden, except for 4 times the price.

    Am I going to that?
You bet your sweet as I am.

Black Hole and Haunted House? Count me in.

I wish they had Centaur and F16 Tomcat.

Long time since I played that pinball machine, apparently it's F14 Tomcat.
Even though it's been 25 years since I played, that's still embarrassing.

Next I'll be typing Mike Bloomberg instead of Mike Bloomfield.

Or I'll think Leslie West and Mountain released 'Black Betty.'

Too many years of clean living. My brain's turning to mush.

OK, so I called southwest.com Jackpot Deals again today -- since I can NOT change online.

OPTION A: Change from CC to Monte Carlo is 201.60 (includes 2 Cirque tickets)

OPTION B: Change from CC to MGM is 254.90 (includes 2 Cirque tickets)

    Then there are these:

OPTION C: Cancel CC and get my 145 back. I can stay four nights at the Polo Towers Suites for 229 by booking DIRECTLY through Polo Towers (Special deal). However, I would be locked into a 2-hour timeshare promotion.

OPTION D: Cancel CC and get my 145 back. Pay $239 for Flamingo.

OPTION E: Cancel CC and get my 145 back. Pay $246 for Bally's.

    So, A, B, C, D or E?

The Polo Towers deals doesn't last long and it would have cost $700 to upgrade thru Southwest.com.

  8. A or B.

    I'd take A.

Loved Black Hole, not familiar with those other machines. If they've got Middle Earth and Space Invaders (pinball, not video game) I might catch a flight tonight.

Checked VRBO and HomeAway. Have been emailed these two options. Are they worth considering?

MGM 34th floor Penthouse Jr. Suite.: $558.88 for four nights (includes taxes and resort fees)

Jockey Club (next to Bellagio, view of fountains): $360 for four nights (includes taxes and resort fees)
