That's true, plus I think I'd rather take in the fountain show on site/street/close by.

Jockey Club is still a decent location, no?

On my last trip to Vegas I took a couple of side trips, one to Oatman, AZ to see the not-so-wild burros that have the run of the town. Also went to Blue Diamond.

It's been five years since I took my only trip to Vegas, and it was mostly spent on the Strip. But my favorite place to eat/gamble was at Ellis Island, behind Paris. Steak was outstanding, priced low, and the gambling was low also. Had a coupon from Anthony Curtis' book for free drinks for two people for an hour, but the bartender let the other couple my wife and I was with drink for free too.

If Vinny Favorito still has a show there, I'd recommend it.

If I win a settlement from my former employer, I have to take the wife to Vegas. Unfortunately, "Phantom" closed. Now, I have to see Celine Dion. Damn.

Hey, my coworker could see them! We just got hosed on the room because we got a two-bedroom. If you'd slept on the floor while Michelle and I shared the bed, we'd have been able to see the fountains. :D

Go to one of the Cirque du Soleil shows. O at the Bellagio is incredible, but I've enjoyed everyone I've seen:

We saw Vinny in September. Laughed the whole show. Hard. Just be prepared to be part of the show if you're anywhere near the show. He kept picking me out the whole show. Never heard my wife laugh harder.

For $40, you can't beat the value of a Purple Reign show.

Yeah, that's what makes his shows great. They're all unique because he picks on everyone.

Cancelled Circus Circus yesterday and got my $145 back. No cancellation fee.

Went on VRBO/HomeaAway and booked a 34th floor penthouse 1-bedroom junior suite at MGM Signature.

We were in Vegas with my faher in law and his girlfriend and I was trying to get them to go to this but got voted down. I have heard the show is great, does requests (heard he played Housequake) and is in the lounge so lots of room to get up and dance.

I won't go to Vegas again without seeing it.
