Verizon sucks. T-Mobile sucks worse.

    I guess I've been lucky. Started service with a company 10 years ago. Still with them. Paid 29.99 for about 100 minutes then. Pay 49.99 for unlimited minutes now.

    File complaints with your state attorney and your county or city attorney, public service commission, whatever. And let your newspaper and local TV stations know what's going on. Turn that heat around. And document everything.

    I'd call the Better Business Bureau.
    Get everything documented, be persistent and be polite.

    My only problem is that no one can call me from work on my Verizon phone. Although, I suppose that isn't much of a problem now is it. :)
