No way. Vick is joining the Dallas Choirboys.

As a Vikings fan, Freotte doesn't exactly make my heart go pitter-patter, but he's more suited for this role than Jackson. With Peterson, Chester Taylor and the Vikes' defense, Gus doesn't have to win games - he just has to keep from losing them.
    I certainly don't think it's a black-white thing. More of a terrible quarterback-decent quarterback thing.

    Vick must be a Raider.

Even Al insists that QBs with strong arms have some idea where the ball is going.

Who said he will be a QB?

Imagine lining up him and McFadden in a two-back set with direct snaps going to either one.

On third and long, bring in a QB over center.

Point well taken. At this level, calling Vick a QB is a gross misnomer.

Guess I jinxed AP at the start of this thread ...

Peterson claiming a hamstring injury and may possibly not play vs. Carolina.

I have watched or attended nearly every Vikings game since the early 70s.

While it is true Jackson has looked like a fish out of water, Childress is a major part of the problem. His playcalling is almost enough to make me wish Les Steckel was back as head coach.
