    Truly one of the nicest guys in the business. Always a smile. Always glad to see you again or meet you for the first time. If he'd met you before, always called you by name whoever you were. Always took the time to visit, autograph something, volunteer for a cause, or show up at something just because he was asked. One of those rare people who made everyone else around him feel good.

    We do mourn for both families.
