    As I've indicated before, I was a patient at WRAMC for a one-month period in 1996 and for two months in 1997 as part of their Gulf War Illness study and while aged, the facility wasn't in that bad a shape.

    Trust me on this...the general decline of the hospital has little to do with who sits in the Oval Office.
