E! President Ted Harbert, who is separated from his wife and headed for divorce, is said to be sampling his talent pool. According to Jossip.com, Harbert is seeing comic Chelsea Handler , who has a painfully unfunny self-titled show on the network which he personally ushered onto the air. "Well, this explains why she has a show in the first place and why it's still on," quipped one wag. A rep for E! declined comment. But what could explain Ryan Seacrest's relentless exposure on the channel?

Apparently, Chelsea Handler has a degree in "How To Be Successful, If Not Necessarily Good" from Erin Crocker University.

As for Ryan Seasick, he must have pictures of Harbert or some other high-powered E! executive engaging in bestiality. Seasick is probably in the pictures too.
