    Repeat several times daily.

    I check personal e-mail, work e-mail, MySpace, SportsJournalists.com, Feministing.com, and I'm on the e-mail lists for Daily Candy and Ed2010 so I don't have to visit those sites.

    I'm hardly a runner anymore, 15-20 minutes a day, but still visit there regularly.

    Routine: Our home page, Romenesko, here, myyahoo (main account), local newspaper site, L.A. Times (specific writers mostly), L.A. Observed, APSE site, roadfood.com

    Not all right in a row, but that's the rotation as I have time through the day.

    Wow, this could get long. But hey, it's summer.

    After my computer takes 4 1/2 years to boot up, it's the following:

    Work e-mail
    Personal e-mail
    Fantasy baseball team
    MySpace, Facebook, etc.
    Bank account (always a scary time)
    SportsJournalists.com
    Area message board
    Newseum
    New York Times
    Dallas Morning News
    MLB.com
    ESPN.com

    ... and never in any of that is our paper's Web site. That's how much it blows.
