Pretty much the same thing happened Thursday when Drake hosted D-II Quincy.

Willie Fritz lays an egg in Houston opener.

And I'm not saying that because I'm a Tulane alum. Really.

Not hard when it was 51 at the half, if I remember correctly.

Yes, Pac-12 Network is handling the production. I think they will also do that for ACC games on the CW, and perhaps for other sports events on that network. The CW expects to increase the amount of its sports broadcast dramatically.

There were a couple of ex-Pac-12 Network hosts on the Big Ten Network yesterday. Ashley Something and one of the retired-player talker dudes. I didn't watch enough Pac-12N to figure out who they all were. Ashley was complaining about working a 15-hour day.

Ashley Adamson and Yogi Roth. There were excellent on the Pac-12 Network. And, while one shouldn't complain on air, a 15-hour day IS a long day.

It wasn't Yogi. It was one of the three black guys. Yogi is very knowledgable and should be in a press box somewhere, not the studio.
A 15-hour day is what she signed up for. What did she expect?

As I said, she shouldn't complain on the air.

Again this is not a cheerocracy so if someone else feels led to do the next thread by all means go for it. That said …

As a reminder, I usually start the Week 2 thread around midday Tuesday to have time for the new AP poll to come out. I have the shell built but will need a little time to clean up and put all the pretty numbers in the right places.
