    Don't be so fast. Atlanta committed penalties on two of its three plays, and although the Falcons kicked a field goal to go up seven, the Panthers will have almost 1:30 to tie it. Without the penalties they would have had 10 seconds.

    Why does the clock not start with the catch in the end zone? Three seconds should have gone off the clock before that touchback was called.
