Iowa State's defense has been pretty solid in the first half, including two stops inside the five to force field goals.
ISU offense hasn't helped by doing squat and giving the Hawks field position. 0-6 third down conversion attempts before Iowa knocked down the Cyclones punter.

I will say I've been impressed so far with a lot of these new SEC, ACC and Big XII expansion teams. Don't have any idea where they came from, but they're pretty good.
