Why would you think that offended me? I agree with you, you dipshit.

RG3 didn't look like himself the other night. That wasn't hard to notice. I mean, even you noticed it. However, I think he can return to that form, or pretty close to it, rather quickly.

My "Start Cousins. RG3 should retire." post was meant as a continuation to my post earlier about how people do so much overreacting between weeks 1 and 2 of the NFL season, yourself included. Especially you, in fact.

You really are the dumbest person I kinda know.

I've suspected Rex is doing a lot of things because he knows he's a lame duck coach so he may as well do some dumb things to make the headlines while he still can.

Not sure, but I do remember looking at the cap hit and it goes down considerably in 2014. That's the only reason why Sanchez wasn't released this past offseason -- the Jets actually would have lost cap space by doing so.

And this is why Mike Tannenbaum was terrible not only at evaluating personnel but at managing the cap.

Sanchez is signed through next season. There was $20 million in guarantees, including his entire base salary for 2013.

    Thanks. Name calling. Brilliant.

You do realize people have trouble differentiating between your snark and sarcasm and whatever else you try to do when you post, right?

Geno is probably showing much more potential right now than the Notre Dame kid showed for the Panthers.

Would you pass on Clowney if you were the Jets?

I think Rex is coaching for his next job. It will be interesting to see if that job is in coaching or in television. I tend to think you'd see a pretty different guy if he was away from the circus. He has nobody but himself to blame for most of that, but lately it just seems like the media has declared war on the guy.

They're bad, but they're not first or second pick bad. The Jets will be somewhere between 5-11 and 7-9.

The Oakland-Jacksonville game is a biggie this week, but I'm saying the Jags lose and go on to secure the #1 pick. I would have bet money on the Raiders a month ago, though.

That game has tremendous Dumpster Fire Entertainment written all over it. I'll be flipping between Skins-Packers and RedZone hoping to get a glimpse of that one.

Agreed. I tend to think if the Jags get the No. 1 pick, they'll take Bridgewater and Clowney will go to Oakland. That would be fun.

You're right. Read it wrong. Thought he was referring to the Redskins defense.

The argument, however, still applies. Eagles defense was on the field for 16 more plays (70) than the Bears defense. Because it was behind, Washington had to up the tempo a bit on offense, plus the Eagles' possessions tended to be shorter because of the hurry up.

The Eagles defense was on the field for what amounts to more than a quarter's worth of snaps more than the Bears defense. And it likely had less time between possessions to rest (in actual time) than the Bears' defense.
