After a 9-3 season. Now I can't figure out what's dumber ... the fact that Trev Alberts, then employed by ESPN, defended the move and used the term "we" in the process or that Pederson hired a man who once called his bunch "the dumbest team in America," then signs him to a long-term deal.

Not the smartest stuff happening in Lincoln.

 

It's amazing how Louisville has gone from national title contender to probably falling out of the Top 25...

Louisville fans were crying for Kragthrope to be fired after last week's loss to Kentucky. I can only imagine what the Cards fanboy threads are saying now.

 

I still like that the Pac-10 champ plays everyone. No Wisconsin missing Ohio State (like last year) or similar quirks like that. At USC, you get everyone's best shot at some point.

Well, we tried to warn them in Lincoln after he left Pitt in shambles. Yes, he hired Ben Howland. Yes, Wlat was a step up from where things were. But he alienated a lot of the fan base and ruined the identity of the school by changing the name from "Pitt" to "Pittsburgh," changing the colors and the uniforms. 10 years later the entire program is still screaming, "Hey, it's US! That school that you used to recognize with Dorsett and Marino. Honest, we wouldn't bullshit ya!"

 

If I were Kragthrope I would be making some calls for a security detail to protect me 24/7. His team is being embarrassed at home against a second rate division 1 school, they are almost as bad as Notre Dame at this point. The team simply can not tackle and that is simply a coaching problem.

 

At least I can go back to hating on the Big East. Life is good!
