The best story coming out of that game is how hard the crew has to work to transform the Dome after an 11 a.m. Twins start to get it ready for a football game.

Good to see Arkansas has nothing to play for.

I know it's still early in the season - and lord knows that South Carolina, LSU, Florida back-to-back-to-back trifecta in October is going to be hell - but this Kentucky team looks pretty good right now. Now, if they can only find a defense.

And Iowa's offense says, "Here, defense, this is all you're getting."

    This might finish 5-4.

I stand corrected on this game. I thought for sure it was over when Woodson failed to convert on that QB keeper up the middle when it was 29-27.

Where was the sense of urgency on Arkansas' next to last drive? They looked like lollygaggers out there.

    Damn. Minnesota is just god-awful.
Gophers about to be down 21-0 in the first quarter to Purdue.

Outside McFadden, that offense is terrible.

So how long until the NCAA shows up in Lexington to find out what kind of recruiting violations are going on with the Kentucky program. I mean, it's not like every time UK has a decent run of football seasons it hasn't ended up on probation shortly after.

    I stand corrected.
Minnesota's defense mans up and holds Purdue to a FG.
    17-0.

OK, the referees just made up a call in the Iowa game.

    Here's the situation:

Wisconsin runner breaks free from 25 out, is going in to score. Ball is punched out and into the end zone from the one. Mass pileup, refs come flying in blowing whistles and waving arms in the air. Ball squirts out of pile across end zone and Wisconsin recovers. Call on the field is a touchdown Wisconsin.

After review, the call is Wisconsin ball on the three.

How, I have absolutely no idea.
