    Maine Beer 1. Maine Beer Co. is great. very good pizza and pretzels also. Raye's mustard is excellent.

    Stone Mocha IPA. more coffee flavor in this one. first one couldn't taste any mocha.

    Definitely only available in a small region.
    He's ramping up production and is available in stores and restaurants in this region, even ships some to other parts of California, but still very small.

    Another great California beer to look for when visiting is Kern River Brewing. Small but growing, and just excellent.

    Stone broke my heart when they killed the Sublimely Self-Righteous.
    A couple years ago, I was at the brewery for dinner as part of flak conference for the CSU, and we did the tour.
    I love Stone, and at the end of the tour I asked the young lady what was up with the Sublimely Self-Righteous, that I never see it any more in my part of the state.
    That's when she told me they were discontinuing it.
    I bought 12 bombers to take home with me.

    This thread made me realize I only really drink two things with any regularity: water and coffee. Every day. Coffee in the morning, water the rest of the day.

    If you want to stretch it, you can add to my list a beer, less occasionally a scotch or Irish Whiskey, and even less occasionally a glass of wine. But really only once or twice a month nowadays.

    Lagunitas The Waldo's Special Ale. Doesn't seem like 11.5%, haven't had anything from Lagunitas that I didn't like.

    Trillium Four Point Ale. Don't like praising anything Boston or Mass as a NJ-NY guy, but there are a few excellent breweries in the Bay State -- Treehouse, Trillium and Night Shift.
