What are you drinking right now?

The bottle doesn’t say barrel proof, so I assume the regular. It was the only Larceny in the liquor store, so I didn’t have much choice.

 

Cool. Asking only because I have Maker's Cask Strength and I can readily get Larceny but the barrel proof is an allocated pain in the ass to find.

 

My regular nightcap for the past few months has been three fingers of Fireball, neat. For a lifelong teetotaler like me, well... I’ve been sleeping VERY well.

 

Day started at 5 a.m. and was non-stop until 7:30 p.m. Treating myself to a Whistlepig Manhattan. Ginger bitters.

 

Today was finally warm enough to break out the Tanqueray and tonic.

 

Had a little Johnnie Walker Blue on Sunday. What a treat that stuff is.

 

Still martini weather here, alas. Maybe next month.

 

Lagunitas Little Sumpin Sumpin.

 

After 18 last night, went to dinner with client and had a pomegranate martini with filet and lamb chops. Enjoyed it at dinner but vodka did not sit well after I went to bed, woke up twice dehydrated. Not a good night's sleep.

 

A Ten Spot —3 parts gin and 1 part each of grapefruit, Aperol, and lime

 

Beer and lots of it.

 

Enjoying some IPAs - made locally. Is it just me or does beer taste better when it is consumed outdoors? There is a local place that took over an old gas station and turned it into an outdoor bar/nightclub with food carts circling the venue. It's pretty blissful.
At the grocery store heading home bought a 12-pack mix of Full Sail's "Session" line.

Session is underrated. It may not be "BIG" but it's a tasty beer perfect for hot weather.
