No worries, Buck. Like I said, I know you're not a mean-spirited poster. After being around my BIL during a couple of incidents, I just try make it a point now to say something when I think someone is being insensitive or outright homophobic (I definitely put your comment in the former category).

I know I used to be completely insensitive to things like that, so I'm not holding any moral high ground here. I need a beer.

 

We just had a party that involved two flavors of margaritas and SEVEN kegs. Holy shit.

Fat Tire, Sierra Nevada, Angry Orchard and Yuengling. Plus some Miller Lite shit that I avoided like the plague.

As a former big drinker who has had to change some behaviors do to a significant change in circumstances, I am trying to conceive of any possible scenario in which I can consumer more than 1-2 beers at a time in the next five years.
I've got nothing right now, but I'm working on it.

Had a Ninkasi red IPA. Not bad, but didn't think much of it.
Right now, the Slauncher Imperial IPA from the local brewer. This is excellent, award-winning stuff.

Up next is a black APA I've never tried before. Will not be hung over tomorrow, but defiantly will be tired. This is a late night for me.

 

Not quite what I thought it was.
This last one is a Jake's Jolly Roger. It's an imperial American black ale, not a black IPA or APA.
It's quite good, but pretty strong.
