    Pitch Pine Ale from Pinelands Brewing Company Egg Harbor Township NJ. Decent, buddy gave me this when I got him some Foundation from Portland ME.

    Love the Phantom. So much better than their regular wines and one of the best at the $15-17 price range. It's in the regular rotation.

    BlueBird from birdland brewing co Horseheads NY. first chocolate blueberry porter i've had. not bad. buddy got me this. he hit several breweries on a visit to the finger lakes. lot of breweries in that area. all decent, none very good. at least the ones i've had beers from.

    Has anyone else tried sour beer? Asked a bartender about it and he gave me a sample. It was an odd cross of a nice sour drink and lemonade a year past its expiration. Did I get a bad brew or is sour beer always on the wrong side of slightly shit?

    Some are OK. a few beer snob buddies like sours. gose is similar to some sours. not a big fan of either, but some are pretty good. westbrook gose is decent.

    Mango Habanero Double IPA Terrapin. This is the 3rd of the 6 pack, has more mango than the first two but not as much habanero. Odd how that sometimes happens. The Ballast Point pineapple sculpin seemed to be like that. some you couldn't taste any pineapple.
