I was hoping a New Englander here might have heard of it and could give a review.

What 3 haven't you had? My guess is Pils Urquell, Smuttynose and Smithwick?

Pilsner Urquell is the original...it's the standard bearer and why a Pils is called a Pils
OBD - haven't had, but Smuttynose is a pretty solid brand
Smithwick was a long standby for me in college. Haven't had on in a whole. It's pronounced "Smit-icks" for some reason according to a few friends of mine. Never have had that confirmed.

Try Really Old Brown Dog if you can find it. Been many years for me.

It's Smuttyhouse, Red Stripe and that Molson. Smithwicks is my favorite when I can find it. I went through the whole pronunciation deal when I first had it and wondered why everytime I ordered it the bar tender repeated it back.

My favorite thing is trying new beer so I'm pretty stoked to dive in.

Ah...XXX was a college staple for me...I forget to most, that's not that case. LOL
I had a guy I worked with that only drank Red Stripe while we played cards, so I eventually tried it at some point.

    Cheers!

Bolero Snort Bergen County Bull Stout Coffee. A 10.3 % stout, good, but was expecting a little better.

Stoneface > Smuttynose but doesn't get distributed as much, think Stoneface may only be available in NH and VT.

Got my wife a BBA RIS from AtG for her birthday. Damn good too. I think it was called Pretty Willy...a part of the "Stave it for Later" series
