Boy, her career is melting down at an O.J. Simpson/Michael Jackson rate. I figured she would flop this year, but not to this extent. I mean, she won't be able to do any press for this album...even the most fluffy entertainment reporters are going to have to ask her about the head-shaving, the MTV debacle, her kids, her custody battle, her rehab, the relationship with her mom -- any one of a dozen or so embarrassing topics. And I don't think she has the capacity to answer these questions in any kind of way that doesn't generate even more tabloid fodder. I doubt if she could keep it together for a tour or even a round of TV performances.
