I'll see that and raise you this one: PowerWash Simulator on Steam

Is it Chores: The Video Game? Yes. Is it also soothing and psychologically satisfying at the same time? Hell yes. Plus, there's a free trip to Mars.

Sweet Jesus. I don't even like power washing in real life, let alone in a video game.

Going back to the other one for a moment (and tying it back into classic games), there was an old PS2 game called "Bully" where you were the new kid at a prep school and had to run the gauntlet through a bunch of cliques. Fun game. Had an open world element and was made by the GTA folks at Rockstar, so it had a PG-13 GTA vibe to it.
Anyway, since it was in a school setting you would occasionally run afoul of the rules and get detention with various punishments. One of them was to cut the grass on the football field. They'd put you on a riding mower and you had to cut a certain amount before you could get back on with the game. Or, later on, you could just hop on the mower and cut it for the hell of it. I think you had to cut a certain distance to 100 percent the game.
That little mini-game was a lot more fun than I imagine Lawn Mowing Simulator to be.

Super Mario Bros., but the bundled cartridge with Duck Hunt and World Class Track Meet, and along with it, the zapper gun and the power pad.

In the arcade: Ninja Turtles (the one eventually made into TMNT 2 for NES) and the Simpsons arcade game. Went to the local mini golf on Labor Day as a kid and the place was surprisingly empty. Played the whole Simpsons game from start to finish that day, for the only time ever.
