    Congrats

Love the shit out of your kid and everything will be OK in the end is probably the best advice I got on this thread.

Spike, congrats on your blessing. Enjoy every single second of it, they grow up way, way too fast.

Things are going OK...Logan Scott is working on upping his glucose levels before he can leave the NICU and mom is still here as well. Hopefully she will be out tomorrow or Friday (which is our 10th anniversary, so that would be nice) and his timetable is up in the air. Thanks for the thoughts.

And to honor his first spit-up that didn't get on a rag...congrats to my SportsJournalists.com shirt that I got from Secret Santa 2010!

Never gave an update on the boy...we ended up in the NICU for 17 days. He finally went home on Oct. 25 and is now almost 8 weeks old! :)
He is more than 9 pounds now...started rolling from his stomach to his back at 3 weeks and likes to headbutt me while I burp him. HARD!

Thanks again for the support and thoughts from the board.
Mom goes back to work next Monday and THEN the fun begins since I will have him every day on my own from 11am-5pm.

Outstanding! You will do fine. You should have a nap period somewhere between noon and 3.

A little of unsolicited advice, have dinner ready to go for your spouse when she gets home. The nap time is a great time to do that.
