What would you be doing...

I'd probably be a marching band and/or concert band director. I earned a music minor because I really wanted one, not because I had any delusions that the minor would enhance my career opportunities.

Hey, I never said I was any good at it.

That didn't stop one principal from offering me the job once. Thank goodness he was honest ... he admitted that even if I did everything right, took classes to be certified, etc., that there was no guarantee I could continue beyond the current school year.

So, here I stay. For now, anyway ...

 

Hopefully making a helluva lot more money than a I am on May 29, 2007.

I would have been a middle school or high school history teacher, coaching football and/or basketball on the side. Education was my major until the spring semester of my sophomore year, when I realized that if I couldn't make it to a 10:30 a.m. class on time, then I probably ought to go with journalism, where late-to rise, late-to-sleep is part of the job.

Actually, I'd probably be a chef or some sort of engineering/architextural design-type job.
