    Chips and salsa.

  3. I really need some new non-bacon/sausage options for breakfast protein. Suggestions?

Get one of those half hams from the grocery store, slice off a thick cut of it, and throw it in the frying pan. I like to cook up two eggs (over medium) in the same pan with the ham, throw a little cheese on top, and make it a sandwich.

i had a chocolate banana muffin for breakfast. i eat an unhealthy breakfast once a week and today was the day.

  8. I like those hams, too. Not smoked. But around here they want like $9 for it. I buy it, but still shocked at the price.

Today I had a three-egg omelet with ham, cheese and green peppers. Plus, toast and hashbrowns.
    It was pretty good.

    I am weak!

I left work (when I wasn't supposed to) and went to MacDonald's and once I got there, I wasn't sure whether I wanted a Big Mac or Quarter Pounder. After 30 seconds of deliberation, I ordered the Quarter Pounder meal with a Large Order of Fries. I brought my "breakfast" back to the office, thinking I was in the clear and my boss walks right past me and says, "boy, you must be having a bad week already!"
My boss would only forgive if I shared my fries and I obliged.

So much for me playing hooky for my "breakfast" this morning.

    Very delicious though! ;D ;D ;D

Good Lord, a quarter pounder value meal for breakfast .... At least you got all day to work thru it.

I opted for a cup of yogurt and one of the 100-cal packs of oreo thin crisps.
