I hope you like it. The thing with ground turkey, IMO, is it's soo bland -- the garlic & the onion in this really perk it up. I usually whirl the garlic, onion in a food processor to get them in teeny pieces.
    15-20 grams - that ain't much, dude.

It was a nice change from the norm. And I like them now and then.

Bought a Boston butt through a fundraiser this week. Ate some damn fine barbecue yesterday and today for lunch.

Cooked an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING batch of Brunswick stew tonight. Probably the best soup I've had in a long, long time. Two pots full of it. Good shit. And half heads for the freezer.

We're making pot roast, homemade mashed potatoes, and green beans tonight. Doc doesn't post here much, but this is his specialty, and he's cooking it.

There was a time when OSU's Hotel/Restaurant Management program was a very real possibility for me. Journalism won out, but I still think about it all the time. Went to high school with a guy who got that degree.

    Maybe after my master's...

We have a couple of schools just a bit outside a reasonable distance. We'd have to move there.

I guess I wouldn't have to go to school to live my dream: a barbecue and beer joint with live music outside on Friday and Saturday nights.

I worked at a barbecue joint. I do good things with beef/pork and fire.

Made a couple small pepporoni pizzas with the fiancee. It's about time for Rocky Road now.
