ha! had me a couple mini pizzas for dinner tonight, too. although mine were more like lunchables -- pepperoni, shredded cheese and tomato sauce on some ritz crackers, heated in the oven for 10 mins. good stuff.

Interestingly, three_bags didn't eat a pig's ass. A Boston butt is actually from the other end of the pig, near the neck. It's called a Boston butt because they used to pack this cut in barrels that were called a "butt."

Yuck! I still can't believe my eyes when I see that concoction. It reminds me of things I put together with spare leftovers in my college days. I'm probably the only person to use a can of refried beans diluted with milk and two tablespoons of pasta sauce on spaghetti noodles. For those who must know, it's really not a good idea. As it happens, it tasted a lot like refried beans diluted with milk and two tablespoons of pasta sauce on spaghetti noodles.

I prefer to use english muffins. My muffin pizzas rock. They almost compare to my ghetto chicken parmesan. I bake some nuggets and poor pasta sauce and a load of cheese on top. I really don't bother with the pasta.

Our stove caught on fire tonight. It was really old, but we salvaged the pot roast and mashed potatoes. They said it shorted out.

Firemen are nice, but NOT the way I wanted to end my night. We are getting a new stove, though, so I suppose that will be nice.

One more post to make it an even three tonight. For those who are fond of Taylor Pork Roll, I actually spotted that at the grocery store a few days ago. In fact, it was near the bologna and also was offered in the deli. But I doubt that's on my 20-fat grams diet.

I found the secret to sauces to be used with filets last night. Molasses. Molasses, Bourbon and cream.

Can't beat it. Just can't beat it.
